Adding / Editing a Price Tier

Price Tier Name:

Price Tier name will be the name you specify for the current tier. This name will be displayed as a dropdown menu when you upload a plan. This tier name will not be visible to the customer. After adding prices to your tier. You will still have the control of choosing individual packages within each plan you upload. So if you have a particular plan that you do not have an available package for within a tier. You can do so in the add plan section. Note: Within the Add / Edit Plan you will be able to specify further as to which package will be included to each plan. Only the Sets are grouped under one selection. (Image Below) Options to quickly change availability to each plan can be controlled under "Manage Tier Plans"

Show Average Prices for:

This dropdown will display the average pricing by square foot living range selected. If you are new to online publishing this tool will help you visually see what is currently offered.

Complete Physical CD's

1 Set, 3 Sets, 5 Sets, 8 Sets, 10 Sets. Shipping options will automatically be included with these selections.
It is recommended at least 3 different set selections are required. It is up to you which ones you choose to offer.

Add Set:

Extra charge for additional Physical Set(s) of CD's

Mirror Options

Mirror plans are plans that are mirrored with the text reading backwards. Typically used if plans are hand drawn. (This option is not required).

T.Mirror (True Mirror) plans are complete CD's with the text remaining right reading. This option is the most widely used with the aid of C.A.D.

Repro (Reproducible):

Reproducible sets are complete CD's which are typically printed on Vellum or Mylar
Reproducible sets are not required if you do not offer them.

Electronic (.pdf):

Electronic sets are complete CD's in a digital format also known as "portable document format"
Electronic sets are not required if you do not offer them but are highly recommended.

CAD (Computer Aided Drafting):

CAD sets are complete CD's in a native CAD format. Typically these files include .dwg, .dxf
CAD sets are not required if you do not offer them but are highly recommended.
If you do not offer email as an option for this set "DO NOT" check the box next to "Yes"

Review Set:

Review sets are considered "Not for Construction" Depending on your practice it is up to you what is included with your review set. Review sets are not required if you do not offer them.

Concept/Int (Conceptual / International):

Concept/Int are not full working drawings. They are designed to be offered as an alternative to purchasing a full set of CD's. Typically they would only include Floor plan(s), Elevations, Cornice Details and Roof Plan. The purpose of this is offering your plans to another country or person that will be redrawing the current building without the need of purchasing a full set of CD's. This will release a limited copyright release to do the work but will not grant them in anyway new ownership.

Custom Package 1,3,5, etc...:

Custom packages are ways you can offer your own mix of sets or tailored packages. For example you may offer a combination of printed and electronic sets, Custom set with Material list, Rendering with a CAD set. the option is up to you.
